This 19,280-square-foot facility provides an active and inviting space where students can prioritize their fitness goals and overall health. Campus Recreation Facilities
Recreation and Wellness operates three indoor recreation facilities on the USF Tampa campus: this location, The Fit; the Campus Recreation Center; and the WELL Fitness Center.
Here’s some information about our other two recreation facilities on campus:
➡️ The Campus Recreation Center
At 189,681 square feet, this is the largest facility on campus. It features indoor basketball courts, racquetball courts and an eight-lane indoor pool. There’s a cardio floor with treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, rowers, and more—plus a strength floor, featuring cable machines, plate-loaded equipment and free weights.
➡️ The WELL (Center for Wellness, Engagement, Leadership and Learning)
Located in the heart of USF Health, this facility serves fitness needs and provides a gathering place where students can come together to learn, study, relax, and connect. It offers 12,000 square feet of recreation space featuring state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, plus group fitness classes.
Student Memberships
When a USF student is actively enrolled, they have free access to recreation facilities across all three USF campuses (Tampa, St Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee). Students swipe or show their USF ID card to gain entrance.
