The Center for Student Engagement provides opportunities and plans activities for students to get involved and be connected with the campus.
Becoming involved in student organizations at Otterbein will add an important dimension to your life. In addition to having a lot of fun, you will make new friends, contribute to important causes and learn new skills.
Our numerous student organizations offer many opportunities beyond the classroom that will introduce you to new experiences, build communication and leadership skills, and instill pride in your campus community.
A few examples of student organizations at Otterbein include: Black Student Union, Quiz & Quill, and Cap and Dagger.
At Otterbein, Greek Life means getting involved in community service and leadership opportunities, building friendships, sharing your talents and interests, and making connections that will last a lifetime. Our Greek community has enjoyed more than 100 years of history on campus.
A few examples of Greek Life at Otterbein include: Alpha Sigma Phi, Sigma Delta Phi, Kappa Phi Omega, and Sigma Alpha Tau.
OtterDen is now home to Cardyâs Pizza, featuring delicious pizzas, flatbreads, fresh-made subs and salads, wings, and a variety of other great meals to pick up and take with you. Thereâs also a small market with beverages, snacks, and some basic grocery goods for your convenience.
An all-you-can-eat buffet âŻwith eight food stations and options for most dietary needs, the Nest isâŻone of the main dining and socializing spots on campus.
This group plans and sponsors activities on and off campus. These activities include dances, movies, tournaments, comedians, Homecoming and Family Weekend, and more.
The Otterbein Bookstore has everything you need from textbooks and supplies to apparel and campus living. Weâve got you covered from orientation to graduation. You can buy or rent textbooks in digital or print format. We can price match your books and you can sell them back to us all year long. The Campus Center Theatre houses a 245-seat three-quarter thrust stage. A main-stage studio production is staged in the space during the academic year, as well as the annual student-produced Festival, featuring student theatre productions; student-directed workshops; classroom presentations; and campus events.
